Psalm 32:1 - Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
Beloved, do you have something you need to atone today, someone with whom you need to reconcile, something for which you need forgiveness, or someone you need to forgive? Yom Kippur celebrates the fact that we really can do all that. There is no sin to big to be forgiven and no rupture so great that it cannot be repaired – if we really want it to be.
#YomKippur is the holiest day of the Jewish year, and provides prophetic insight regarding the Second Coming of the Messiah. Today, let’s take a moment to remember that Jesus Christ offered Himself as a sacrifice for us on the cross. He was our Scapegoat taking away the sin of the world.
